Fireworks Golf Scramble — 5 p.m. July 23 at the Polson Bay Golf Course; join the Polson Chamber of Commerce for this event to support next year's fireworks show. The cost is $300 per team. To learn more, visit https://www.polsonchamber.com/fireworks-golf-scramble/. 

Flathead Cherry Festival — July 25-25 on Main Street in Polson; vendors will fill the streets for the annual and beloved festival on Saturday from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. 

Iron Cowgirl Challenge — 6 p.m. July 31 at the Lake County Fairgrounds; join the Friends of the Lake County Fairgrounds for rope, run and goat tie all done on one horse. Entry is $100 for adults or $50 for junior entries. Contact Ty Frame at 406-531-3921 to register for entry. 

Lake County Fair Rodeo — Aug. 1-2 at the Lake County Fairgrounds; the rodeo includes a 6 p.m. performance on Saturday and a 3 p.m. performance on Sunday. 

Lake County Fair — July 25-Aug. 1 at the Lake County Fairgrounds; the event features 4-H and FFA youth projects, commercial booths and livestock exhibits. 

Pioneer Days — July 31-Aug. 2 in Ronan; this event includes a car show, co-ed softball, and a jamboree on Saturday, along with volleyball and the big parade on Sunday. 

Farmers Markets — Polson: 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Fridays through the second Friday in October on Third Ave.; the market has over 50 vendors selling locally grown, crafted and baked goods. Ronan: 4-7 p.m. Thursdays next to the visitors center. Mission Falls Market in St. Ignatius: 4:30-7 p.m. Fridays at Good Old Days Park Pavilion. 

Arts & Crafts in Polson — 1-4 p.m. Wednesdays at Summit Independent Living, 3 Ninth Ave. West, Suite 1 in Polson; join CSKT elder Tammie Miller for an afternoon of crafting, companionship and snacks. Call 406-215-1604 for more information.
