The household hazardous waste shall be accepted, packaged, transported, and disposed of at a licensed and permitted facility in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. The metal debris shall be disposed of at a licensed and permitted facility in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. The contractor shall compensate Bonner County for the tonnage in the quoted amount.
