The Lakeside Somers Chamber of Commerce BASH is 4 p.m. July 28 at Lakeside Garages and Silver Creek Construction, 150 Clotheir Rd., Lakeside. The monthly BASH events are one of the best ways to connect with fellow chamber members, build meaningful business relationships, and stay engaged with the local community.

Mid Year Economic Update 

The Bureau of Business and Economic Research at the University of Montana holds its Mid Year Economic Update on July 30 from noon-1:30 p.m. at the Hilton Garden Inn, 1840 U.S. 93 S., Kalispell. The tech boom seems to be creating a modern-day gold rush across the nation, with AI and data centers at the forefront. The latest research findings show that Montana’s high-tech industry is growing much faster than the statewide economy. And while investment in data centers has been driving U.S. economic growth for the past two years, the phenomenon has mostly bypassed Montana until now. Cost is $40. Show ‘N Shine

The Evergreen Chamber of Commerce holds the annual Show ‘N Shine Car Show on Aug. 1 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Conlin’s Furniture, 1441 Montana 35, Kalispell. The day includes food vendors and major raffles. Free car registration begins at 7:15 a.m. on the day of the show.
