Law roundup: Teens allegedly throw brick at moving vehicle

Four to five teens in a light blue or gray station wagon allegedly threw a brick out a window, which smashed the window of a car driving down the road, then sped away.

A man was reportedly outside working in his yard when a neighbor came over and started pushing him, yelling a derogatory term and swearing. He allegedly pushed back and hit him with grass clippers. The neighbor stormed off, saying he was going to get his gun. A dispatcher told him to go into his house until officers arrived. 

Property managers allegedly did nothing about a man who was stalking the tenant in the apartment below him. When he was spotted in his truck, staring at her and taking photos, she called the police, feeling unsafe. She told officers he had previously poured water on her head while she sat on her deck. Other residents who reportedly saw him taking photos told police they were also having issues with the man.

Officers later received a call from a man claiming he went outside to take photos of his apartment when neighbors started yelling at him about stalking the downstairs neighbor. There was reportedly a video of him and his upstairs neighbor exchanging “unkind words.” Both were advised not to contact each other. One of the people involved asked the officer what would happen if he broke his camera and was told he would go to jail.

A man allegedly stole a battery and left in a white Chevy Colorado.

A woman in her 20s or 30s was reportedly trying to get into vehicles.

A truck and trailer were reportedly parked across a sidewalk for three days.

The aggressive driver of an F-150 hauling a green motorcycle was allegedly brake-checking and tailgating a vehicle on U.S. 93. The other driver told police that they didn’t know if the driver was drunk or distracted because the truck was all over the road.

Someone reportedly found a walker by the bike path.
