Braden Drapeau hit a solo home run for Post Falls, which fell to West Valley 10-1 in Game 2 of the best-of-3 12U state championship series at Croffoot Park in Hayden.
West Valley advances to the Northwest Regional tournament Aug. 8-13 in San Bernardino, Calif.
Brandon Leandro went 2 for 2 with a stolen base for Post Falls.
11U
Coeur d'Alene 5, West Valley 2: Max Valliere hit a two-run home run for Coeur d'Alene, which evened the 11U series at 1-1 with West Valley with a 5-2 win.
Tripp McLeod went 2 for 3 for Coeur d'Alene.
Game 3 is today at 9:30 a.m.
This is the end of the road for the 11U teams.

Lewiston 17, South Boise 6: Jayce Holthause went 3 for 4 with three RBIs, Jack Crews drove in two runs and Lewiston swept South Boise to win the state championship.
Dash Sullivan and Coe Benda had two RBIs each for Lewiston.
