NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR INDEPENDENT FINANCIAL STATEMENT AUDIT The South Fork Coeur d’Alene River Sewer District (the “District”) is requesting proposals from qualified firms of Certified Public Accountants to perform an independent audit of its financial statements for the fiscal year ending November 30, 2026, with the option, at the District’s sole discretion, to extend the engagement for one-year periods thereafter. The audit shall be performed in accordance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS), Government Auditing Standards (GAGAS), and applicable provisions of Idaho Code §67-450B. A Single Audit under the Uniform Guidance will be performed if required. Selection will be based on qualifications. Cost information is not requested with the proposal. After selection of the most qualified firm, the District will request a fee proposal and negotiate fees in accordance with Idaho procurement practices for professional services.
