GRANITE REEDER WATER & SEWER DISTRICT BONNER COUNTY, IDAHO  PROPOSED RESOLUTION NO. 2026-01  A PROPOSED RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTOR OF GRANITE REEDER SEWER DISTRICT AMENDING ITS POLICY REGARDING LATE FEES AND DELINQUENT ACCOUNT CHARGES  WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of Granite Reeder Water & Sewer District(“District”) is responsible for establish rates, fees, charges and collection policies necessary for the efficient operation and financial stability of the District; and  WHEREAS, the District currently assesses charges on delinquent accounts: and  WHEREAS, the Board has determined that an amendment to the District’s late fee policy is necessary to encourage timely payment of utility bills and to offset the administrative and financial costs associated with the collection of delinquent accounts.  NOW, THERFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF GRANITE REEDER WATER & SEWER DISTICT, BONNER COUNTY, IDAHO, AS FOLLOWS:  Amendment to delinquent account charges  Effective December 1st, 2026, all customers’ accounts that remain unpaid and are ninety (90) days or more delinquent shall be subjected to the following charges:  1.
