Kyle Manzardo, the former Lake City High and Washington State star, hit his first career grand slam in the first inning of the Cleveland Guardians 6-5 win at Cincinnati in the first game of a doubleheader on Tuesday.
Manzardo hit a hanging slider from Reds starter Chase Burns on a 2-2 count and drove it into the Guardians' bullpen in right field. It was the fourth grand slam of the season for Cleveland.
