The writer states, “This administration would like to see in-person voting only.” No mention by the writer is made of proposed exceptions, three of which are military service personnel on duty out of the USA, handicapped folks who physically can’t get to polling places, and travelers out of the area. The objective is to ensure only valid U.S. citizens cast votes in our elections. Paper ballots, submitted at the polling place by voters with proof of valid U.S. citizenship, are reasonable unless you qualify for an exception.
