NOTICE OF STATE ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY ACT (SEPA) DETERMINATION OF NON-SIGNIFICANCE The City of Royal City, Washington (City) has issued a Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) under the SEPA rules (Washington Administrative Code Chapter 197-11) for the completion of the City’s proposed Well No. 5 project. This project includes constructing a new well to improve the reliability of the potable water system for the City’s water system users. Well No. 5 would replace Well No. 1 for the City’s potable water supply. The existing well in the center of Lions Park will be decommissioned and the new well will be located on adjacent City property. After reviewing the completed SEPA Checklist and additional supporting information, the City has determined that this proposal will not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment.
