Veterans Outreach Center hosting community yard sale fundraiser

The Veterans Outreach Center of Boundary County is hosting a community yard sale Friday, June 5, and Saturday, June 6, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Bonners Ferry VFW Hall, 6635 Lincoln St.
All proceeds and donations will go to help cover operational costs for the Veterans Outreach Center of Boundary County.
The American Legion/VFW King ‘ah Smoke Smoker will also be selling tacos during the yard sale. Organizers said any items that are not sold during the event will be donated to Newby-Ginnings.
The Veterans Outreach Center is also accepting donations for the sale. Organizers say any usable items are welcome, including gently used clothing, furniture, appliances, jewelry, blankets, and pillowcases. Items may be dropped off at the VFW Hall Wednesday, June 3, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
