Oldtown man dies in crash

An Oldtown resident died in a single-vehicle crash early today.
According to the Idaho State Police, a 43-year-old man was driving a 2007 Kawasaki ATV west on This A Way Road in Spirit Lake about 12:05 a.m. when the vehicle left the roadway and entered a wooded area. The man was ejected from the vehicle and died at the scene.
ISP was assisted by the Bonner County Sheriff’s Office and Bonner EMS.
An investigation continues.
