Donald Miles Clarke, 66, of Spokane, Wash., was arrested and booked for misdemeanor out-of-state DUI.

Nickolas Rae Arthun, 35, of Wallace, was arrested and booked for misdemeanor DUI and misdemeanor petit theft.
Dennis Walker Barnes, 29 of Silverton, was arrested and booked for failure to appear.
