Notice of Public Forum, Public Comment Period, and Public Hearing on the City’s CDBG Annual Action Plan The City of Coeur d’Alene will be drafting an Annual Action Plan for the use of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds for plan year (PY) 2026.
