Twins drop a pair against Mission Valley at home

Cody Haggard drove in four runs as the Mission Valley Mariners swept a doubleheader with the Glacier Twins Sunday at Memorial Field.

In game one, Noah Agliano went 2-for-3 with two RBIs. Cole Wadsworth had three hits and one run batted in. Mission Valley (4-0) won 7-2.

Haggard tossed 2 1-3 innings, allowing two runs on one hit and fanning five. Dawson Juntennen drove in a run for Glacier (0-2), while Trenton Derosa had the lone hit for the Twins.

In game two, Haggard went 1-2 with a double and four RBIs as the Mariners put up eight runs in the sixth inning to take a 15-1 victory.

Wadsworth, Holden Emerson and Hunter Luedtke drove in two runs each for Mission Valley.

Tristan Libby had a hit and the lone RBI for Glacier.
