4 Wolfpack, 2 Braves All-State for baseball

Glacier senior Kaeden Kahler was named first-team All-State Wednesday, one of four Wolfpack players named to the AA baseball honors teams. 

Kahler was honored at first base and as an honorable mention at pitcher. 

Wolfpack teammates Kyler Croft, Teagan Dixon and Brady Buckmaster all earned second team All-State honors. 

Flathead saw Hunter Fann named to the second team as a utility player, while Dillon Wink was an honorable mention in the outfield. 

Croft added a first team all-conference honor at pitcher and an honorable mention as a utility player, while Kahler was first team all-Western AA at first base and second-team on the bump. Buckmaster was first-team all-conference at catcher. 

Ryne Gillette also earned a second-team all-conference selection at the third base and Max Weber was an honorable mention in the outfield. 

Fann was named to the first team at the utility spot. Flathead’s Liam Rech picked up two all-conference choices: second team at first base and an honorable mention at pitcher. Micah Engle was named to the second team at second base. 

Miles Arrowsmith also was an honorable mention as a utility player and outfielder. 

Wink was second-team all-Western AA in the outfield. 

The conference named Butte’s Cayde Stajcar and Missoula Sentinel’s Stellan Ridley as co-players of the year. 

Ridley helped Sentinel to the State AA championship in the Mining City in May. 

Gallatin’s Louis Musial was named AA player of the year.
