NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Kootenai County Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing at or after the hour of 10:00 a.m. on June 25, 2026 in Room 1B, First Floor, Kootenai County Administration Building, located at 451 N. Government Way, Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, to take testimony on a new fee schedule for Kootenai County Community Development.    The current fee schedule was adopted via Resolution No. 2025-51, enacted on July 22, 2025. Since then, Kootenai County Community Development and the Kootenai County Auditor’s Office have updated their study of the actual costs involved for individual project types and permit reviews.
