CITY OF DOVER, IDAHO SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE # 193 ZONING REGULATIONS (TITLE 12) CHAPTER 2, ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT REGARDING REPEAL OF DOVER AREA OF CITY IMPACT AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DOVER, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF IDAHO, AMENDING TITLE 12 (DOVER ZONING REGULATIONS) SECTION 12-2-6 REMOVING THE REQUIREMENT THAT PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION MEMBERS MUST RESIDE IN THE AREA OF CITY IMPACT (ACI), REPEALING SECTION 12-2-7 ESTABLISHING THE AREA OF CITY IMPACT, AND REPEALING DOVER ORDINANCES 93 AND 94 THAT ADOPTED THE ACI MAP AND AN AGREEMENT WITH BONNER COUNTY, PROVIDING FOR A SAVINGS CLAUSE, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. SUMMARY: Dover City Council on June 11, 2026, adopted Ordinance # 193 amending Dover City Code, Title 12, Dover Zoning Regulations, to remove references to the Area of City Impact (ACI) in city code because the ACIs no longer exist statewide due changes to state law.
