WOODLAND SHORES WATER AND SEWER ASSOCIATION, INC. PUBLIC MEETING  The Woodland Shores Water and Sewer Association, Inc. will hold a public meeting on June 27, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at the Woodland Shores Marina (18050 S Woodland Shores Dr, Coeur d’Alene, ID). The purpose of the public meeting is to present recommendations for improvements from the Woodland Shores Water and Sewer Association Water System Facility Plan. The meeting will present the water system deficiencies, proposed improvements, discuss the associated environmental impacts, funding options, and potential financial impact to the Association customers, as well as solicit verbal and written comments regarding the plan. NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD REGARDING AN APPLICATION FOR A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT AND OPERATE AN AIR POLLUTION-EMITTING SOURCE    PROPOSED ACTION: Unitech Composites, Hayden, Idaho, applied to the Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) for a permit to construct and operate an air pollution-emitting source located at 10413 N Aero Drive, Hayden, ID 83835-0370. DEQ has determined that construction and operation according to the proposed permit will not cause or significantly contribute to a violation of any ambient air quality standard and will not injure or unreasonably affect human or animal life or vegetation.
