Arlen Christopher Cook, 55, of Kellogg, was arrested and booked for failure to appear.

Roger Lee Minyard II, 47, of Billings Mont., was arrested and booked for trafficking fentanyl, drug trafficking in methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia related to a controlled substance.
Tiffanie Leanne Skillestad, 46, of Billings, Mont., was arrested and booked for trafficking fentanyl, drug trafficking in methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia related to a controlled substance.
