Anit-American liberals

The ink is not yet dry on the memorandum of understanding between the U.S. and Iran extending the ceasefire and allowing 60 days for negotiation of a final agreement and liberals and some conservatives have decided that Iran won and President Trump surrendered.

During the bombing they were complaining that Trump was a warmonger and now gripe that Iran won, despite the destruction of their military, their arms manufacturing capability, their nuclear material generation capacity and their senior virulent "death to America" clerical leadership.

What would these same anti-American liberals (only 29% of Democrats are proud of America) say if Iran had sunk our entire Navy, destroyed our Air Force, blown up our entire nuclear arsenal and killed off the president and his line of succession while losing 12 of their soldiers? Would they claim that the U.S. won that battle? I think not.

Of course, the Iranian leaders cannot be trusted. Until the people of Iran decide they have had enough of Islamic fascism and take back their country, Iran will have to be forever monitored.

And if they go back on their apparent commitments to abandon their quest for nuclear weapons and long range missiles, to never again obstruct commerce through the Strait of Hormuz and no longer fund terrorist proxies, the complete destruction of Iran's infrastructure through further bombing may be necessary.

I understand Israel's desire to destroy Iran and their proxies who will only be satisfied when Israel no longer exists. President Trump probably wanted to end the fighting now so oil prices can come down, the economy can recover and the midterm elections have a chance of maintaining Republican majorities in the House and Senate.

If Iran lies and cheats as usual, Israel and President Trump may have to bomb them to rubble.

Trump's peace deal

I think we need to pay attention to this glorious peace deal that Trump is boasting about.

Remember that in his first term as president he dismissed the agreement that President Obama had with Iran that curbed nuclear proliferation and had checks and balances to prevent any major buildup of nuclear weaponry or reactor armaments.

Trump, in his wisdom, created this problem of nuclear weaponry and nuclear armament by backing out of the agreement that Obama had already negotiated. So, to stop the proliferation, Trump boasted that he would stop Iran's dangerous weaponry program by attacking Iran. But remember he had already dissolved the agreement that was in place during the Obama administration that was preventing the very exact thing that he was putting the U.S. at war with.

Trump figured that he would swoop in and demolish and demoralize the Iranian people and the government into submission in just a few days. Trump has learned nothing in his years as president. Many countries have tried and none have come away with quick victories.

Now this war that Trump has declared has gone over three months at a cost of a billion dollars a day. If he had not dismissed the Obama agreement, the American taxpayers would be over $90 billion richer and we could have easily covered all the medical and social security problems in America today.

Now we have to be wary of the upcoming war reparations — and just who is going to do them? I would almost guarantee that some member of the Trump family or their subsidiaries are going to go in and make billions of dollars in rebuilding Iran's governmental substructure. We need to very wary of the congress letting Trump get away with profiteering from his dynamic blunders.

Trump only cares about himself, that foolish arch, his blunder of putting his name first on the Kennedy Center, redressing the Lincoln Memorial pool, the ballroom, which I am sure will be called the Trump ballroom, not the White House ballroom.
