Richard ‘Dick’ Clark

Richard “Dick” Dawyne Clark of Ephrata, Wash., passed away from a heart attack June 21, 2026, at the age of 85. 

He was born April 20, 1941, to Kenneth Clark and Maxine Savage in San Jose, Calif. Dick obtained his Engineering Tech degree from Shoreline Community College. He served in the U.S. Navy as a medical corpsman, where he found the love of his life, Donna. They married May 5, 1962, and together they shared 64 loving years. Dick loved golfing, fishing, watching sports and playing cards. He was an emphatic storyteller, regaling stories from traveling the world and expressing his affinity for tracking weather patterns. Dick will be remembered for his unwavering opinions and quietly inclusive, loving nature. He is survived by his wife, Donna; his three children, Laura, Chris and Melissa; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
