This week's Poster Player of the Week, presented by Corwin Motors, goes to Glacier graduate Asher Knopik.
Knopik earned MVP honors in the Montana East-West Shrine Game after powering the West All-Stars to a 20-6 victory Saturday in Butte. The former Wolfpack standout carried the ball 22 times for 99 yards, helping the West control the clock and extend its winning streak in the annual all-star game to six straight years.
Knopik was at his best in key moments, leading a scoring drive before halftime and helping set up a fourth-quarter field goal that gave the West breathing room before a late pick-six sealed the win.
For his MVP performance on one of Montana's biggest high school football stages, congratulations to Glacier's Asher Knopik, this week's Poster Player of the Week, presented by Corwin Motors.
