Box 894 Bonners Ferry, ID 83805 and clearly marked “Bid Enclosed - Black Mountain Tower Project 2026”. The Project consists of excavation and construction of a tower foundation, erection of a 100’ tower owned by the Boundary County Translator District, tree removal, and roadbed modifications in accordance with District, state and federal standards and regulations on Black Mountain. It is the intent of these documents to describe the work required to complete this project in sufficient detail to secure comparable competent bids. All parts of work not specifically mentioned which are necessary in order to provide a complete installation shall be included in the bid and shall conform to all Local, State and Federal requirements. The project is located in rural Boundary County within the National Forest system; as such access to the site and the working conditions will require special attention and skill, not unlike many tower sites. Bidders must contact and register with the Issuing Office to be added to the plan holder list. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Thursdays between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. and Fridays between the hours of 8:00am to 1:00pm. Printed Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office either via in-person pick-up or via mail, upon Issuing Office’s receipt of payment for the Bidding Documents. The non-refundable cost of printed Bidding Documents is $25.00 per set, payable to “Youngwirth, Davis & Associates.”, plus a non-refundable shipping charge. Upon Issuing Office’s receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents will be sent via the prospective Bidder’s delivery method of choice; the shipping charge will depend on the shipping method chosen. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the prospective Bidder’s date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office.
