David Bobbitt has been appointed as senior vice president and commercial lending manager of Mountain West Bank in Coeur d’Alene. Based in Coeur d’Alene, he will support commercial banking clients from the bank’s local lending center.
Bobbitt has 16 years of community banking experience, most recently serving in senior commercial leadership roles following First Interstate Bank's acquisition of Community 1st Bank. He joined Mountain West Bank in May 2026.
Bobbitt is a lifelong North Idaho resident who is active in the Coeur d’Alene community, serving on local boards and mentoring students through Washington State University’s Carson College of Business.
