A stack of pancakes, a cup of coffee and a chance to get an up-close look at airplanes are all on the menu when the Experimental Aircraft Association Chapter 757 hosts its next huckleberry pancake breakfast on Saturday, June 27.

The monthly fly-in breakfast takes place from 8 to 10 a.m. at the Boundary County Airport, located at 64602 U.S. Highway 2.

The event has become a popular summer tradition, offering visitors an opportunity to meet local pilots, learn more about aviation, and see a variety of aircraft on display.

Breakfast includes huckleberry pancakes, eggs, sausage, orange juice and coffee. A suggested donation of $12 per person helps support future breakfasts and aviation scholarships through EAA Chapter 757.

The breakfast is held on the last Saturday of each month through September. The remaining dates for the 2026 season are June 27, July 25, Aug. 29 and Sept. 26.

Organizers say the event is designed to bring together the aviation community and the public while helping inspire the next generation of pilots through scholarship opportunities.

Whether arriving by airplane or automobile, everyone is welcome.
