Basin Battle of the Boosters set for 6th year of event

EPHRATA — What is typically a highly anticipated rivalry called the ‘Battle of the Basin’ in most Quincy vs Ephrata matchups throughout each sport season, is now being turned into a joint fundraising event.  

“For one day only, the rivalry between Ephrata and Quincy is put on pause as we come together to support student-athletes from both communities. But don't be fooled -- once that first tee shot flies, it's game on. A trophy and bragging rights are on the line, according to Tiger Boosters in a joint statement with Quincy Boosters. 

Every dollar raised goes directly toward equally supporting both the Ephrata and Quincy Booster Clubs, helping provide the resources, equipment, and opportunities our student athletic programs need to succeed.  

The deadline for team registration and sponsorships has been extended to July 1, but spots are filling up fast, according to the boosters. At the time of press deadline, four sponsorship packages were sold out. Hole sponsor and driving range sponsorships are the two that remain.
