'Need A Little Christmas' announces Kickline auditions

"Need A Little Christmas" announced auditions for kickline. This is a beloved annual holiday production, returning for its 15th year anniversary with more music, magic and community spirit than ever, a press release said.
This year’s production will showcase dynamic musical numbers, classic holiday characters and high-energy performances designed to delight audiences of all ages.
Rehearsals begin at the end of August with performances Dec. 4 to Dec. 21. Radio City Music Hall–style dancers are wanted. Requirements: At least 16 years old; 5 feet, 5 inches to 5 feet, 10 inches tall; dress size 2 to 8; flexible dancers with basic tap experience.
Rehearsals begin Aug 30, meeting primarily once weekly on Sundays.

Dates: July 15, 6 to 8 pm.
Location: Expressions School of Performing Arts
What to Prepare: No preparation needed. Bring tap shoes and jazz shoes.

About production
"Need A Little Christmas" has become a cherished community tradition, blending heartwarming storytelling, festive music and dazzling choreography. Each year, the show brings together performers of all ages to celebrate the season and share the joy of live theatre with thousands of audience members.
With this being its 15th year (it was formerly known as Traditions of Christmas) the plan is to bring back beloved songs and scenes from previous years.
This production is written by Laura Little, former longtime resident of the Cd'A area and past executive director of CDA Summer Theater.
Laura Little’s Broadway credits include co-producer of the upcoming Broadway production of "Dolly: A True Original Musical" and "The Karate Kid: The Musical" as well as "Our Town," the Tony Award-winning "Come From Away," "Peter and the Starcatcher" and "All Is Calm."
"Need A Little Christmas" is produced by TOCNW Productions, owned by Rick and Beth Taylor. They have collaborated with Laura Little on this show since 2014, continuing a partnership that blends creative vision with heartfelt dedication, the release said.
