NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 9/23/2026, at the hour of 9:00 AM, on the front steps of the main entrance to the Bonner County Courthouse, located at 215 S. 1st Avenue, Sandpoint, ID 83864, Katherine Elsaesser, the successor trustee will sell at public auction to the highest bidder, for cash (the Successor Trustee is authorized to make a credit bid for the Beneficiary) in lawful money of the United States of America, all payable at the time of the sale, the following described as follows, to-wit: Lot 19, in Block 1, of FAIRPORT ADDITION TO PRIEST RIVER, IDAHO, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Book 1 of Plats, page 190, records of Bonner County, Idaho.
