SBA Ponderay recently held belt promotion tests with Andy Groat earning a blue belt.
SBA Ponderay is a martial arts training facility specializing in the progressive system of Brazilian jiu jitsu, offering classes in both gi and no-gi variations with a focus on both self-defense and sport.
Classes are held in the morning and evening for students of all levels and lifestyles.
