Debra Marsh, 71

Debra Lorraine Frederick-Marsh, 71, lived life on her own terms with a fierce spirit, a loving heart, and a stubborn determination that carried her through every challenge that she faced. She was never one to back down from hard work, difficult circumstances, or speaking her mind. Born in Hood River County, Debra passed quietly among family on June 23, 2026. 

Debra is survived by her husband, Lyle Marsh, of 17 years; her children, Josh and his wife, Heidi; Deo; and Cory and his wife, Marie Frederick; her five beloved grandchildren, July, Hailey, Riley, Sophia and Liam; along with many other family members and friends who will deeply miss her.

Debra found happiness in the simple things that made life rich. She loved sewing, tending her garden, and spending time with her horses. Whether she was creating something with her hands, nurturing a garden into bloom, or caring for the animals she cherished, she poured her heart into everything she did. She appreciated beauty, valued hard work, and a deep connection to the outdoors and the life she built around it.  While her absence leaves an immeasurable void, her spirit lives on in the lessons she taught, the memories she created, and the family she loved so deeply.

She will be remembered not only for the life she lived, but for the courage, toughness and joy with which she lived it.
