NOTICE OF NEGOTIATED PRIVATE BOND SALE Public notice is hereby given by the Garfield Bay Water & Sewer District, Bonner County, Idaho (the “District”), of negotiation for and private sale to the United States Department of Agriculture (the “Purchaser”) of the District’s Wastewater Revenue Bond, Series 2026 in the principal amount of $425,000 (the “Bond”) pursuant to the Purchaser’s Loan Approval Conditions dated February 1, 2023 (“Loan Conditions”).
