Meghan Renee O'Grady, 40, of Osburn, was arrested and booked for misdemeanor failure to carry proof of insurance.

Brian Scott Eby, 46, of Smelterville, was arrested and booked for felony domestic battery with a child present.
June 26
Steven Dale Lunsford, 62, of Richland, Wash., was arrested and booked for misdemeanor out-of-state DUI.
June 27
Mia Cecilia Rae Perry, of Kingston, was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia related to a controlled substance, obstructing or resisting an officer, felony kidnapping-custodial interference and sheltering runaway children.
