NO. 1825 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON INCREASING RATES FOR THE MEADOW LAKE COUNTY WATER AND SEWER DISTRICT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Meadow Lake County Water and Sewer District, Flathead County, Montana, (the “District”) will meet on the 13th day of March, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at 100 St. Andrews Drive in Columbia Falls, Montana, for the purpose of holding a public hearing regarding: (1)Increasing rates for the District. The District Board proposes to increase the monthly Base Rate for water from $22.50 to $30.00, increase the monthly Base Rate for sewer from $22.50 to $45.00 and increase the Usage Rate on water from $1.46 per 1,000 gallons to $2.00 per 1,000 gallons effective 1 April 2026. All persons who own property in the District and customers of the District may appear and be heard at the time and place of the hearing.
