REQUEST FOR BIDS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that in accordance with Title 7, Chapter 5, Part 23, M.C.A. 2025 and all acts supplementary and amendatory thereto, the Fair Board of Sanders County, Montana will receive written sealed bids until the 6th of April, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. of said day for the purpose of Cleaning Contract for the Sanders County Fair for the 2026 season. No Bids will be considered unless said bids are received by the Sanders County Fairgrounds Office, 30 River Road, Plains, MT 59859, by 5:00 p.m. on April 6, 2026. All bids must be in a sealed envelope, and plainly marked on the outside “CONTRACT BIDDING FOR, i.e., CLEANING BID”. Bids will be opened on April 8, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. and read aloud during a special Fair Board meeting.
