Law roundup: Mumbling, intoxicated shopper turns out to be fine

Describing an individual she suspected of being homeless as walking around a store while high and mumbling to himself, a shopper asked the Kalispell Police Department to intervene. She reported hearing him say, "I will shoot anyone, I don't care" and something about blowing up the president's house. She had left by the time officers arrived, but they chatted with the man, who they deemed fine.
A caller complained that the person behind the wheel of a dark red truck was driving recklessly down East Idaho Street. They reported seeing the vehicle hit the median and sidewalk before pulling into a gas station.
Someone had questions about disposing of old ammunition.
Spotting people apparently living out of a van in the parking lot, a pastor of a church asked the police to ban the inhabitants from the premises.

When his wife's phone went missing from a bathroom in the mall, a man confronted the woman he suspected of stealing it. She denied the theft and took off, he told the authorities. He called back a little while later to say that the phone's built-in tracker indicated it was still at the mall. He said he was going back there to see if he could find it. He phoned the police a third time to say he no longer needed help.
Answering the door, a resident was confronted by two men who claimed they owned the property. They accused the resident of squatting and threatened to involve the authorities. The resident alerted the police as soon as they left.
