The third annual Glacier Park College soccer showcase is coming to Kalispell on April 11 with a clinic for students on April 12.
O'Brien Byrd started the soccer showcase in 2024, when two Division 1 women's college soccer team teams, the University of Montana and Gonzaga University played an exhibition game in the Flathead Valley. The second year of the event saw the University of Montana play the Air Force.
This year’s Glacier Park College Showcase has a larger lineup of events and includes a Spring College Showcase event. On Saturday, April 11, the showcase hosts three men's college soccer programs and brings college-level games to Legends Stadium in Kalispell.
An all-day pass costs $15 for adults and $10 for students. Tickets grant entry for all three games which begin at 11 a.m., 3 p.m. and 6 p.m.
A College Clinic will be hosted by the Carroll College men's team on Sunday, April 12 from noon – 2 p.m. at Legends Stadium. This two-hour clinic is for boys and girls from 5-18 years old and costs $50. Players will be divided by age and skill level for more individualized instruction.
Two Columbia Falls High School graduates are on the Evergreen State College roster. Fans will see Walt Nichols and Finley Sundberg suit up and take the field at Legends Stadium.
Discover Kalispell is the flagship sponsor and teammate for these events.
