Public Hearing Notice  SEWER FEE INCREASE HEARING  The City of Moyie Springs will hold a public hearing regarding a proposed sewer fee increase. The hearing is scheduled for March 10th, 2026, at 6:00 P.M. and will take place at the City Hall located at 3331 Roosevelt Rd., Moyie Springs, Idaho. This notice is issued in accordance with Idaho State Code §50-1002, which mandates public notification for municipal fee adjustments.  Purpose of the Hearing  The primary purpose of this hearing is to gather public testimony concerning the proposed increase in sewer fees and to provide an explanation of the reasons behind this adjustment. Following the public hearing the City Council may adopt an Ordinance establishing the revised sewer rates. The City aims to ensure transparency and allow residents to voice their opinions before any changes are implemented.   Items to be Considered  1.
