NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a public hearing pursuant to Idaho Code §50-1306A has been set for the Dover City Council on March 18, 2026, AT 7:00 P.M. at Dover City Hall, 699 Lakeshore Ave., Dover, to consider the following: FILE #VAC01-26 – PETITION TO VACATE ALLEYWAY: COURTNEY WIMMER-BECK AND BENJAMIN WIMMER have petitioned the City of Dover to vacate (abandon) a portion of public alley adjoining their property on 3rd Street. The petitioners are requesting vacation of a 16-foot wide by 125-foot long public alley located in Block 3 of Welty Addition. The strip of land was dedicated to the public in 1908 but was never developed for a roadway, the petition states. The petitioners also request the alleyway, once vacated, revert to them as adjoining landowners to the alley. The right-of-way and property are located in Section 32, Township 57 North, Range 2 West, B.M. The public is encouraged to attend the hearing or provide written response.
