The graduating class of '26 is Bonners Ferry's largest class. There are 25 new graduates - 14 girls and 11 boys.
Ed Lozier, machinist for Bonners Ferry Lumber Co. has perfected an auto spotlight which turns with the front wheels so that the light is always directly ahead of the car.
In a review of the flood stage chart by John Muhlfeld and his daughter Mrs. Chester Simonds, it was found that the highest water level was on June 22, 1916 at 32.7 feet and the lowest in the past 10 years was on May 24, 1924 at 20.9 inches.

School Board announced that it would seek a bond issue to build a new classroom and thus end the unpopular double shift.
The Chamber of Commerce has been asked to take over the operation of Kootenai River Days.
The Boundary County Senior Citizens announced that they would ask the government for a loan for low income housing.

The votes are in, and the little community theater on Ash Street will have a name. And the winner is: The Pearl Theater. David and Jill Jurgensen, owners of the Log Inn submitted the name.
Richard Conley will be the new superintendent of Boundary County School District #101 after current superintendent Don Bartling retires on June 30.
Bonners Ferry native Corey Richards recently received recognition as a Child Development Associate for demonstrating competence in working with youth.
In a fast paced contest the eighth grade Lady Badgers rolled past Priest River and finished their season with an undefeated record of 12-0.
