Paeten Gunlock has spent her senior season at Bigfork carving out her own identity — on the court and beyond.

Growing up in a basketball family, she played under her mom and alongside her sister Braeden, a standout at BYU. She credits those early years for shaping her toughness, work ethic, and basketball IQ. 

In this interview it can be seen Gunlock’s effect on her team. First-year head coach Isaac Martel said, “She makes my job easier than it should be. She takes a lot of pressure off of me and her teammates. She shoulders a lot of pressure herself. It’s been fun to watch her blossom this year.” 

Martel highlighted the constant adjustments they make together when opponents double-team her, a testament to her adaptability and poise under pressure.
