Delilah Rae 'Dee' Maloney, 74, was born in Sandpoint, Idaho, on Aug. 27, 1951, and passed away in Manor, Texas, on Dec. 5, 2025.

Dee grew up in Clark Fork, Idaho, graduated from Clark Fork High School in 1969 and attended University of Idaho.

When she was in her 30s she returned to Idaho state and finished her education, graduating in mathematics. She was accepted into the University of Washington Master of Library and Information Science Program.

She was preceded in death by her parents George Maloney and Ramona "Monie" (Sacht) Maloney.

Dee is survived by her sisters, Julia Maloney, Rhea Maloney, and Robin Maloney; her four children, Thomas Miller, Jason Miller, Ann Marie Miller, and Richard Miller; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Dee enjoyed gardening, sewing, crocheting, and most of all, being with her family. Later in life, things were not easy for her. We love you, daughter, sister, wife, mother, friend and hope you found peace.

A small memorial for family and friends will be held mid to late summer, possibly in July; a date has yet to be determined.
