CORRECTION  NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bonner County Commissioners will hold a public hearing at 10:00 AM on Thursday, April 16, 2026, in the Bonner County Administration Building, 1500 Highway 2, Sandpoint, Idaho, by Zoom teleconference, and YouTube Livestream to consider the following request:    File CUP0013-23 - Conditional Use Permit - Private Community Facility. The applicants are requesting a Conditional Use Permit for a private community facility. The project site is 20.006 acres, located in Cocolalla. The property is zoned Rural 5. The project is located off Roop Road in Section 13, Township 55 North, Range 3 West, Boise-Meridian. The Hearing Examiner, at the October 11, 2023, public hearing recommended that the file be heard by the Zoning Commission. The Zoning Commission at the public hearing on February 15, 2024, approved this file. The file was appealed and heard by the Board of County Commissioners who upheld the decision of the Zoning Commission. Upon request, the decision was reconsidered and affirmed by the Board of County Commissioners on June 13, 2024. NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE - To be sold for cash at a Trustee’s Sale on July 9, 2026, 9:00 AM on the front steps of the main entrance, Bonner County Courthouse, 215 S. 1st Avenue, Sandpoint, ID 83864, the following-described real property situated in Bonner County, Idaho (the “Property”): Lot 9, Block 1, Tamarack Village, according to the plat recorded in Book “4” of Plats, Page 39, records of Bonner County, Idaho Commonly known as: 194 Mountain Ash Drive, Sagle, ID 83860 Christina Krielaart and Gerrit A. In the event that all defaults are cured the foreclosure will be dismissed and the foreclosure sale will be canceled.
