The Bigfork Playhouse Children’s Theatre presents its production of "The Addams Family," opening Friday, March 13 at the Bigfork Center for the Performing Arts.

Join the Addams as they navigate family dynamics that are anything but normal. Performances run March 13 and 14 at 7:30 p.m., March 15 at 2 p.m., and March 20 and 21 at 7:30 p.m.

In the heart of New York City, a strange house sits in Central Park. It inhabits the famous family you know and love as they prepare for visitors. You see, little Wednesday is all grown up (played by Tatum Butler) and has found herself in love with a normal boy named Lucas Beineke (played by Teddy Cotton). It is now time for the families to meet! What could go wrong? Gomez and Morticia (played by Willem Gwynn and Amelia Gibson) will be tested, as well as Lucas’ parents Mal and Alice (played by Brody Henion and Kaylin Stein). Many feel the two lovebirds are too different!

Pugsley (played by Renzo Spencer) doesn't like that so much is changing and tries to intervene with a potion stolen from his Grandma (played by Olivia Close) and accidentally throws the night into chaos! However, Uncle Fester (played by Jacob Baldi) knows love prevails! With the help of an ensemble of undead Addams ancestors, will these two families emerge from the evening still intact or will all the change break them apart? Does love always prevail? Is Lurch (played by Emmett Theisen) actually alive or dead?

Find out at BPCT’s production of "The Addams Family."
