Billy Ollice, 92, of Moses Lake, Wash., passed away peacefully March 13, 2026.

Billy was born Feb. 9, 1934, in Knoxville, Tenn., to Dessie and Harold Ollice.

He had a deep love for the outdoors, and hunting and fishing were among his favorite pastimes. Billy also enjoyed building model airplanes, basket weaving — where he proudly won a blue ribbon at the Grant County Fair — gardening, and tackling home improvement projects.

One of his greatest joys was being a proud grandfather and attending his grandchildren’s sporting and extracurricular events.

Billy is survived by his wife of 38 years, Margaret Ollice of Moses Lake; his sons, Barry Ollice of Napa Valley, Calif., and Erik Ollice of Moses Lake; his daughter, Jennifer Uranga of Wilder, Idaho; his stepson, Steve Penzinski; his daughter-in-law, Sunny Penzinski; and his grandchildren, Maggie Penzinski, and Daniel and Tea Uranga.

The family would like to thank Assured Hospice for their compassionate care of Billy during his final weeks.

A viewing will be held March 18 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Pioneer Memorial Chapel, 14403 Road 2 NE, Moses Lake, Wash.
