NO. 31907 INVITATION FOR BIDS SKHA DUPLEXES PHASE 2 The Salish & Kootenai Housing Authority (hereinafter, “OWNER”) will receive bids at 56243 U.S. Hwy 93, Pablo, MT 59864 until 3:00 p.m. local time, April 7, 2026, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud, for the construction of the SKHA Duplexes Phase 2 project. Bidding: BIDS will be accepted for consideration, until 3:00 p.m. local time on April 7, 2026, at the office of the Salish & Kootenai Housing Authority, in Pablo, Montana. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the Salish & Kootenai Housing Authority 56243 U.S. Hwy 93 Pablo, MT 59864 (if shipped) or Salish & Kootenai Housing Authority P.O. Box 38, Pablo, MT 59855 *if mailed*. Each sealed envelope containing a BID must be plainly marked on the outside as “BID for SKHA Duplexes Phase 2”. Bidder to indicate the Phase(s) the bid represents, and the envelope should bear on the outside, the name of the BIDDER, Bidder’s address and contractor license number. A single bid is required for all work. If forwarded by mail the sealed envelope containing the BID must be enclosed in another envelope addressed to the OWNER. All BIDS shall be submitted on the form provided in the specification Documents. All blank spaces must be filled in, in ink or typewritten. The BID form just be fully completed and executed when submitted. Any BIDS with conditions or qualifications will not be accepted. Only one copy of the BID form is required. Any BID may be withdrawn prior to the above scheduled time for the opening of BIDS or authorized postponement thereof. No BIDDER may withdraw a BID within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Should there be reasons why the CONTRACT cannot be awarded within the specified period, the time may be extended. Each BIDDER will provide a subcontractor and supplier list with their BID. *Mail delivery first passes through the Tribal mail room and is then delivered to the Housing Authority. Mailed BIDS, therefore, may not be received by the Housing Authority office before the BID Closing time and date unless mailing is allowed extra time. Mailed BIDS received by the Housing Authority after the BID closing time and date, will be considered non-responsive and will be returned unopened. The BIDDER will be responsible to ensure its mailed BID has been received before the BID Closing time and date. BIDS received after this time will not be accepted. No faxed BIDS will be allowed. Mandatory Pre-BID Conference: A mandatory Pre-BID Conference will be held on March 19, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. local time, at the Salish and Kootenai Housing Authority in Pablo, Montana. All BIDDERS are required to attend. Failure to attend the Pre-BID conference will result in disqualification. BID Documents: Project documents are available at www.architectswestplans.com. The Deer Park School Board of Trustees estimates the following increase in revenues and mills for the funds listed below for the next school fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026, using certified taxable valuations from the current school fiscal year as provided to the district. Adult Education – Estimated Change in Revenue: $0 Flexibility - Estimated Change in Revenue: $0 Bus Depreciation - Estimated Change in Revenue: $0 Transportation - Estimated Change in Revenue: $0 Tuition - Estimated Change in Revenue: $9,674 increase. Estimated change in mills: increase of 2.07 mills. Estimated impact on a home of $100,000 is a $2.79 increase, and on a home of $200,000 is a $5.58 increase. NO. 31934 AUTHORIZATION TO PUBLISH REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) FOR CONVENTIONAL VHF RADIO REPEATER SYSTEM EQUIPMENT CONTRACT The Flathead County Board of Commissioners is requesting proposals from qualified and manufacturer-authorized radio communication service providers, for conventional radio system equipment installation to provide services to Flathead County, pursuant to the Competitive Sealed Proposal requirements of Section 18-4-304, M.C.A. Services required include installing and servicing the proposed Flathead County emergency communications equipment, including but not limited to, radios, repeaters, base stations, combiners, antennas, cabling, racking, power systems, gateways, monitoring, integration with existing regional interoperability gateways, and other items consistent with emergency communications equipment. All equipment and installations must comply with FCC Part 90 regulations. Due to the need to keep communication operational for emergency response, the vendor should provide 24/7/365 emergency repair capabilities, and warranty work. Flathead County intends to select an installation company for a two (2) year contract term. Renewals of the contract may be made by mutual agreement of both parties. Proposals must be clearly marked ‘RFP – CONVENTIONAL VHF RADIO REPEATER SYSTEM. Flathead County reserves the right to waive any informality and may reject any or all proposals.
