SANDPOINT — The Greater Sandpoint Chamber of Commerce officially opens Lexar Homes’ new location with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
Lexar Homes Sandpoint, a locally rooted home builder, recently relocated its Sandpoint office to a new downtown location just a few blocks from its current space at Cedar Street Bridge. The move reflects the company’s continued investment in the Sandpoint community and its long-standing presence in North Idaho.
For decades, Lexar Homes has partnered with local subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to build homes throughout North Idaho — many of whom have worked alongside the company for years. This collaborative, community-first approach supports local trades while ensuring every home is built with care, craftsmanship, and regional expertise.
