Flathead Freeride Club athletes compete at Snowbowl IFSA Regional

Athletes from the Flathead Freeride Club competed in an IFSA Junior Regional freeride competition at Montana Snowbowl in Missoula last weekend.
Several Flathead Freeride Club athletes turned in strong performances. Landon Campbell placed fourth in the U15 ski men’s category, while Eleanor Fogarty placed sixth in the U19 ski women’s division. In the highly competitive U19 ski men’s category, Zephir Heller earned second place, and Weston Heller finished fifth.
With the cancellation of the final regional event at Schweitzer Mountain Resort, the Snowbowl competition served as one of the final opportunities this season for athletes to earn regional points.
Qualified athletes look ahead to the IFSA Junior Freeride Championships on April 4–8 at Kicking Horse Mountain Resort in British Columbia, where top junior freeride athletes from across North America will compete.
