Susan Jane (Barrie) Curry, 74, of Lewistown, Montana, passed away peacefully in her home on March 3, 2026, surrounded by her family.
Susan was born on February 8, 1952. She was married to her husband, William Curry for 48 years and enjoyed swimming, going to the beach, along with hunting and fishing with her family. You could always find Sue with a good book in hand and chocolate or cup of cocoa in the other hand. During the early 1970’s-2018, Sue was a nurse dedicated to serving those in Geriatrics, Psych and Obstetrics.
Above all, Susan loved her Lord and Savior Jesus in whose presence she now abides. Her desire was for all of her family and friends to receive the great love Jesus has for them. John 3:16
Susan is survived by her two sisters, Marjorie and Judy; her brother, Ben; five children, Anne (Todd), James (Kelly), John (Gennifer), Robert (Darann), Jack (Brittany); along with 16 grandchildren (four spouses) and eight great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Elizabeth; her husband, William; and granddaughter, Josephine.
A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, March 27th, 2:00 p.m. at New Life Assembly in Lewistown, MT, 515 7th Ave. N.
