Jiu-Jitsu master coming to Apex during national tour

Master Sylvio Behring is a highly respected figure in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, holding a prestigious black and red 8th-degree coral belt, along with a black belt in Judo. A lifelong martial artist, he has dedicated decades to refining his craft and sharing his knowledge with students around the world. 

In 1992, Master Sylvio developed the Progressive System of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, a structured approach focused on effective learning and long-term growth.

As part of his USA tour, he will be in the Pacific Northwest to host a seminar in Bonners Ferry on Monday, March 23, at Apex Fitness and Martial Arts. 

Class times are organized by age group: Ages 4–6 from 4:15 to 5:15 p.m., Ages 7–13 from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., and ages 14 and up from 7 to 9 p.m.
